The staff! They were very accommodating and kind during the stay. the manager was quick to respond and gave great recommendations for places to go. the gym was a bonus and the housekeeping team was excellent. We were grateful for Anne, who went above and beyond to make sure our little one was comfortable. the retractable line in the bathroom was a nice touch for hanging clothes to dry.

The AC was on fan mode, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the night. this is understandable and not the hotel's fault.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the manager who promptly responded to my queries and suggested great local spots. The facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym and a retractable line in the bathroom for easy drying of hand-washed clothes. The housekeeping team was excellent, and Anne truly went above and beyond to ensure my 4-year-old’s comfort. Additionally, the concierge and front desk were incredibly supportive.
